W9R3 done today and I got this message saying 'Graduate'! Which is a great feeling. It is a simply marvellous fitness programme. Now I am looking forward to maintaining it. Lesson learned yesterday was that to book onto a charity 5k run you have to book early! The one I had my eye on for this Sunday 8 April is all booked up! So I may aim for a Park Run instead. Jet and I will settle for our lovely woods in the meantime. THANKS C25K. It is great. x Here's my lovely Jet in our woods.
