Injured, but I’ll be back.

Started to get a pain on the inside of my right knee on W3R3. I went to see a sports therapist last night and I was told I have Grade 2 Medial Ligament damage. Plenty of rest now for a few weeks, and then I think I’ll start at week 1 again.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you also have exercises to strengthen it... try to keep fit with other exercises, even it if has to be upper body only. When you walk to the start line of week one run one again, you’ll have the advantage this time of knowing that you can do it and how to. We will all still be here to cheer you on too.

Relate totally to that Lemontop as l have the same injury. Frustrating, but it has to be done. Hopefully you were given strengthening exercises to do, once you’ve been given the ok to start. There’s also walking, cycling & swimming (no breast stroke though) you could do until you run again. Good luck & speedy recovery👍🏻
