So on rest days I walk on the treadmill then when I’m supposed to run I up the incline to 4 ! Finish walking for total of 40 mins ...Means I’m getting cardio workout but not impact ! I then finish with 10min on cross trainer and 5k on bike (10mins) 60mins total

Repeated weak 1 but now a stone lighter in weight after 4 weeks . Need another stone of by 6th December... any tips ?

That’s brilliant!

In my first 3 months of doing slimming world I lost about a stone a month, so it is doable, depending what level you’re starting from, well done on the running, I couldn’t have done it before losing my weight, but I’m enjoying it now, just completed week 2 myself 👍
