Week 5 in the bag!

Woohoo did 20 minutes and felt great! If you told me (a slightly overweight 50 something who hated the idea of exercise) that I’d be doing this and going to the gym, six weeks ago, I wouldn’t have believed you!

Bring on week 6!

Great run. Week 6 starts tricky.., slow and steady and you’ll be fine.

I’m still staggered at the speed of this programme. Enjoy the rest of this life changing journey.

I've just started week 5 - knowing others can do it is a great encouragement.

Well done OzzysMamma. I'm at about the same place as you. Can't believe what we have achieved. Starting to think I can actually get through week 9 when it comes. Keep smashing it x
