I did this last year and had achiies tendinitis. But I'm better now and starting again. With Laura as my coach I'm not overdoing it this time.

Mine is the same story and tomorrow is W9R3 - if my knee is OK! I went back to W1R1 and followed all the steps - it was much easier the second time and (until yesterday) no sign of injury. Good luck with your progress this time.
