Just over 5 miles this morning. Picked up a slight groin niggle along the way so a couple of days rest I think. Suddenly 13 miles appears very daunting.π²π². Happy Sunday everyone.

Well done. Thats a good start!
Rest that niggle.
You have loads of time to get to HM distance - honest - so just take it steadily.
Do remember to cross train, strength train and stretch (not all at once π) all things to help get you there in one piece. Doesnβt have to take hours but the longer the distance the more it becomes necessary (imho).

Tomorrow is run day and in a moment of rare optimism and stupidity I just went and signed up for the
