However, first 20 minutes were pretty awful?? Legs were so heavy, breathing laboured, neck ache and dog pulling in every direction except the right one🤨
But I persevered through the fly in my eye! The stone in my shoe! And the happy little dog that came running over to say hi to my dog, which I had to jump over, then step backwards over, then dance around the back of whilst flailing around like Bruno on strictly🤣🤪
After all this however, I just seemed to slip into a reasonable rhythm and felt rather good. So when Laura said I’d finished and to slow down for my walk I just kept running for a further 5 mins in the hope that I would reach 5k...but I didn’t🤨
But I can run for 30 mins+ now which is quite frankly......AWESOME!!
