First week of c25k completed.

Was a difficult last run, not sure I'm ever going to love running.

Next run Sunday night.

Great job. It gets easier and the love grows... just keep doing what you’re doing.

I’ve just finished week 2 and it was fine... really. Just take it slow and one run at a time x

Persevere Absolutebeginner123, your body is objecting to its new exercise regime that you are putting it through. I am assuming that you started C25K as a goal to run continuously for 30 minutes within 9 weeks, surely you don't want to give up after the first full week, no, get out there on Sunday night for the start of week 2, take all your runs slow and steady. 😊

Keep at it! Starting is a massive achievement in itself! I’m only on W3 and had to rest because of an Achilles strain but I’m itching to get back . The support on here is amazing!

Well done.

Going slower is just so much less painful.
