Week1 run3

Wlell I never expected that I would ever run let alone complete a week. Today was a little bit more difficult . I don't know if having a 2 day gap made any difference, but I'm looking forward to next week. Perhaps I need a doctor's appointment!!

Run super slow! Even if it as slow as walking. Trust me, this works. 😀

Good luck and welcome.

I’m doing Wk3R3 in the morning and can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I’m actually looking forward to it.

Good luck! It seems a lot of people say that. Lots of my friends are very surprised. I'm going to have to go through with it now I've told them .

Trust the programme. Every run is building you up for the next one! And don't worry if you find a run hard - as long as you complete it, you have achieved. I found weeks 1-3 tough and had to really dig deep, but fitness improves, and although each new week is a challenge, it all builds towards you getting fitter. Slowly and steadily - so take each run slow and steady.

Well done on completing week 1! Be proud. x
