I found this run a slog. Although I managed to run for all the time I was supposed to I found it very hard going, especially the last 3 minute run. I’m worried I won’t manage next week!

You will be able to run next week, as long as you run a little slower than you did today, I think the reason you found your run today a slog was that perhaps you were not hydrated enough, you should drink plenty of water the day before you run OR you ran too fast.
Well done you..just relax and take it very slowly and steadily. Every single run will make you stronger.
Snail pace is wonderful...it gets us to the most amazing places..

hi there, just remember yes it was a hard slog but you did it🐢 some days you have good runs some days not , a fact I am learning myself. I know my stamina needs building up alongside completing the programme especially as run time extends ( just starting week5)so am going to start working on this on rest days even if it means perhaps incorporating more rest days- I am 58 and spent 40 years not exercising except walking so have decided I might need to adjust things
