hi i have done all my c25k on tredmill speed 5mph incline 1% i found it realy went well but they say running outside is harder which am building up to afew more weeks then am going outside to see what all the fuss is about at that speed you can get to 5k in 37mins but its no about speedjust to get you running for 30mins which if you trust the program you WILL get there honest i did

I've just come back from treadmill session number 2.
I found it a little more work than session one but still not very hard.
I might give myself a two day break this time to let the old legs recover more.
