I’ve done it, I’ve completed W9R3. It was tough today as it been extremely busy at work recently so week 9 has been more spread out than my normal routine. I felt heavy out there this evening but I pushed through. I decided to change my route and took a nice run along the seafront, not that you can see anything with these dark evenings.
This app has been great for me and I’ve loved every bit of it! It has changed me for the better and I’ll definitely keep this going.
