Upped speed v slightly but suffered for it. Closest ever to not finishing, although, as ever, perked up when the end was in sight.

3.7km in about 37 mins and looking pretty shattered...

Upped speed v slightly but suffered for it. There you have it - "down" your speed v slightly and you'll find it much easier. Run within what your body is capable of and worry about going faster once you've graduated from this training programme.
