For some reason that 25 mins was hard work! I guess the takeaway is I can still run for 25 mins even when my body and subconscious aren't up for it. They're going to have to get on board, it's happenimg whether they want to or not! 😂

Ha just what I posted yesterday Leadfoot. It seems a lot struggle with this one. I think it's cos by this run we've run nearly 10k in a week with w6r3 and then W7 R1 and 2. 10k that's amazing isn't it compared to a few weeks ago. w7r3 for me tomorrow!

Good for you leadfoot. You tell them. I had to sort my gremlins out a few times but they tend to keep quiet these days but do pop up every now and then. Have learned to ignore them now

I thought they'd gone really, just couldn't get settled. Ah well, so far the bad runs have always been followed by a good one, so will look forward to friday.
