Today was my third 25 mins run - just enough for a 30min podcast! Today it was ABC Australia health report. I like how the end of the podcast coincides with the end of the run, then I can put some relax music on for the cool down walk.
Today I just tried to keep a steady pace (with a teensy kick at the end). Average heart rate is coming gradually down over the past 3 runs, gotta be good!
