I'm at the other end, and I can say that if you stick with the programme and follow all the good advice here you'll be doing those 30 minute runs before you know it. C25k is about physical fitness but a part of it is also trusting that it works and overcoming the mental "I just can't do this" doubts. Whenever you face that feeling remember it's *just* a matter of putting one foot in front of another...
