Phew it was warm and windy this evening..didn’t want to go out after a day at work but just followed my routine of coming in,getting changed and wiring myself up 😳 it was hard but I wasn’t going to stop ..so that’s 3 25 min consecutive runs now ..how good is the coaching.. !!I felt ill my first week but now don’t even get out of breath .. so hopefully this will encourage all the newbies 😁

Well done.

I’ve started going early in the mornings and it’s really help as I had the same problem when I finished work.

Well done . It is great when you think back to wk1 and how much you're able to run now. 😊😊

Well done on getting out there and getting it done! Routine is great, I like you really didn't fancy it in this heat but you just get home, get changed and do it. Then feel pretty shattered, sweaty and smug when you get home 😉
