Arghhhh!

Can’t beleive I did it, toughest yet (obviously) but felt great once over.. 30 years since I’ve done anything like that distance at anything other than ‘stroll’

Your getting there Fatdad1975, I found week 4 quite complex with all the different times for walks🚶and runs🏃good luck with runs 2 and 3 😊
