Just after some advice here. I did W7R1 last night after an hour of having my dinner.
I usually wait for about and hour half to 2hours. But due to the lack of sleep the night before, I decided to do my run little bit earlier to get into bed sooner.
Managed to finish it but struggled a lot due to feeling full.
This got me thinking 🤔 what do the rest other runners do about dinner? Go after or before?

I have started splitting my dinner into two halves to help regulate my blood sugar, which I was struggling with. So I have half my dinner about an hour to an hour and a half before my run and the rest when I get back. This wouldn't work for everyone - it needs a bit of planning - but it works for me.
Long before dinner. Go as soon as I get home from wirk. Then wait about 2 hours before I eat as just not hungry although u r supposed ti have a snack on finishing but I never do!
I go straight after work then eat, but i will have had a banana or apple about an hour before i run. After my run i just eat when dinner is ready which can be as little as 10 minutes. Otherwise it would be bedtime
If I run in the morning it will be on an empty stomach. If I run after work I will have eaten about 4 hours beforehand, then have my dinner as soon as I can after getting back as I'll have worked up an appetite!
don't know if this will help. I usually run after work when I get home after an hours drive at 5. I'm usually out the door at 5.15. Between my packed lunch at work I only have a protein bar or apple about 3pm. I usually stick to the 2 hour rule regardless of eating a big meal or snacks. So far I've never felt hungry. would hate to run feeling full
