On my run this morning my toes on my right foot went a bit numb. It didn't stop my run but was a bit annoying. Anyone else get this? Did I do my Lace up too tight? hi

Numbness can be a symptom of poor circulation which may be caused by overtight shoes, which could be due to lacing too tight or feet swelling. Many people buy shoes a half or full size larger than their normal shoe size to accommodate spreading.

There is a link to different ways of lacing shoes from within this post healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Thanks, I will take a look. Shoes are a half size bigger than my normal size so probably the lacing.

IannodaTruffe has given you some great links..it is often tight laces... or feet cold too when you pop them into those running shoes:)
