Last run of week 4.... 1 and 2 I found fine...3 my legs just gave up!
I didn't complete the last 3 mins and I'm gutted
I did run faster with 2 PRs but juat wish I'd have completed it...had to drop to a walk
How do you get over empty legs!?

Just rest for a few days and then continue with the program but run a bit slower.
Slowing down will do the trick. Congratulations on the 2PRs 👏but they are probably what caused your legs to empty a bit too soon 🙁. Aerobic fitness builds more quickly than muscle/tendon fitness, hence the go slowly advice to build the stamina in those parts of your body. I’m sure you will do it easily next time.
The other advice is make sure you are fully hydrated all the time as dehydration also stops your muscles (legs) from working at their best.
