I’m stuck on week 4 - urgh! Was finding it really, dare I say enjoyable/easy-ish and then I stopped for A week due to things going on and have done week 4 runs 5 times - three were ok but two I’ve found hard .. like I’ve got no fuel in the tank :(. Might try and build up on the treadmill as I’ve done all outdoors this far! Cheers H x

Are you running too fast? And are you drinking enough (water that is rather than 🥂🍻🍸🍹🍷 😛).
I run before breakfast so I make sure I eat well the evening before and have plenty of fluid too.
