Go back and start week 4 and see how you do. You may feel you can do w5 but you won’t know until you have a go ok

As Tasha says, I think I would start Week 5 again as its such a great build up week...
If you manage R1 then go onto R2 next, then you will be ready and prepared for R3.
Good luck, take it nice and steady😊x

I'd go for week 4 run 3 and see how you do. Don't worry about not running for a while every run is a winning run x

I would go back to W4R1...uf to easy. Then W4R2 ...and if too easy go to W5. Best to be careful..otherwise injury could mean no running!..
