Wk2 r3 completed yesterday lunchtime, while the roast was cooking. Didn't feel like doing the run as I was at work all Saturday and managed about 4 hours sleep that night. I'm glad I pushed myself though. The knee and shin pain seems to be subsiding. Towards the end of the run I felt like I could go a bit longer, but didn't as I wanted my dinner! π I also slept really well last night, not sure if it was the lack of sleep last night or the run. The poor sleep patterns are down to me giving up smoking 41 days ago. May as well swap one addiction for another, at least this ones a healthy one! π

Well done on quitting, i found so many positive benefits when I did. The body takes a while to adjust but picking up running to combat them is a great idea.
