You have signed up to a programme that is going to get you running for 30 minutes.................so you have to accept that there is a progression week on week, but the runs you have done have prepared you for the step up in duration.

I’m just done Wk3 day 1. I slowed down and downloaded some good running beat music which I think helped. Keep it slow but keep it moving. Good luck!
I went through that OMG feeling every single week, in fact every single run, of my C25K journey. You will get through it, but I came to realise that this running thing is as much in the mind as the body. Tell yourself you CAN do this (you may need to tell yourself this over and over during the run, when thinking about the next run, the morning of the run.......) in fact the only time you won’t be telling yourself this is immediately after you have finished a run, when you will feel fantastic, and that’s what keeps you going!
