After graduating in August, Iβm still at my 3/4 runs per week. Usually running for 30 mins but have also done 32 and 35 mins. Also picked up my pace but was inspired by my daughter you started on her C25k journey this morning and I only went and ran for 40mins and cracked the 5k run!! It made me realise how much Iβd progressed since the summer! Felt sooo good πββοΈπββοΈ

Congratulations on the 5k... keep your daughter in the slow and steady pace and keep enjoying your running.

Nice one Paula, I'm not planning on increasing my distance for a while yet, just want to enjoy getting out there regularly and enjoy coming this far!
Great to hear you've inspired a new runner in your daughter too π
