Second Parkrun!

Went for my second-ever Parkrun yesterday!

Tried a different (much less hilly!) event this time (Rother Valley - would definitely recommend, fairly flat, really nice scenery)... and I actually managed to run the whole darned 5k! My first time ever running 5k non-stop (I've only just been managing to break the 4k barrier on my most recent runs)!

I'm so pleased with myself. Managed to complete it in 39 mins 30 seconds, which was just under 4 minutes faster than my first Parkrun! I'm still grinning about it today! :D
