Didn't fancy going out in the freezing cold this afternoon but guessed tomorrow morning would be even colder so off I went. Visiting my daughter so had a change of scenery and a chose a new playlist. There were times when i could have easily stopped and walked, but i carried on motivated by of all you on here who have completed this run. Anyway, I got to the end and know that I could have done another 2 mins so am confident I will get through W9. Still can't believe that I'm doing this having never been remotely sporty or athletic before. Gotta love C25K!
