Woohoo! I found it a breeze! Surprise, surprise! So much so that for the runs 2 and 3 I ran 30 minutes! Lovely fewling and I felt I could have gone on but did not want to push my luck!

Now my question is, I did not even cover 4K in my 30 minutes so realistically, after a week I ahould be able to so 4k at best right? The 5 k can come later??

Yep. The aim of the programme is to get you running non-stop for 30 mins, it's just that 'Couch to 5k' is a catchier title. So you've cracked it! :) (By the way, I've just run my first 10k, and I still can't run 5k in anything like 30 mins!)

Many folk do not do 5K within 30 minutes, before Graduation or for a long time afterwards, if ever! The whole idea is just to run for the three runs of 30 minutes in Week 9:)

Well done you.. enjoy the slow and steady runs towards the podium:)

Well done.

Graduation is your target.

It looks like your next target might be 5k.

Short, medium and long term targets are all grist to the mill to keep up the challenges and rewards.

Slow and steady builds strong runners.

Well done! I completed week 8 last night too. No idea what distance I'm running, I'll try a mapping app once I've graduated :)
