Having graduated earlier this month today I completed my first park run in Southampton whilst visiting my son. Found it hard going having only done 5k on the treadmill before and the air temp was cold but it was a great atmosphere and did it in 37.5 mins - 7 min improvement on my previous PB. Very chuffed.
