2nd parkrun, PB!

I just did my second parkrun in 31.05! That’s 2 minutes and 11 seconds faster than last week! I also managed 5k in 30.00 exactly this week on my normal route. A week of firsts!

Wow that’s great x I did my third one yesterday but took my friend who hadn’t exercised in 6 months so had to wait for her. But I’m gonna go for it next week as another friend is coming and they’ll both run together x
