Woohoo... Feeling soo happy. 10 weeks ago I decided to start the couch to 5k programme..... And today I graduated 😁 feels amazing as that very first run of one minute nearly killed me I was so unfit and I really didn't believe I'd manage it, but despite having to have 2 separate weeks off due to illness and injury... Today I ran my 5k πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Congratulations! Your run one and injuries and amazement at the end ring a lot of bells with me. Congratulations on the 5k too... bloody good time that, especially in programme. Have a great celebration tonight... and enjoy your first post grad runs.

Congrats.... I sorta kinda did my W9R3 quite near there this week (and desperately trying not to sound creepy about it). I'm off to Iceland tomorrow so I've decided to do my official graduation run there.

Ah wow, really! Small world eh!!

Iceland? Gotta say I'm more of an Aldi girl πŸ˜‰

Seriously though... That will be an awesome place to graduate

Cheers. I'm gonna consolidate on this for a few week and do some park runs, then will probably have a look at bridge to 10k.... The world is my oyster 😁
