Cannot believe I actually just ran for 20 minutes ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ

I really didnโ€™t think Iโ€™d make todayโ€™s run as Iโ€™ve had a really nasty cough since Wednesday and thought it would affect me, however it really played on my mind that Iโ€™d be really disappointed in myself if I at least didnโ€™t try. Well trying paid off. Onto week 6 ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Feels brilliant. 5 weeks ago I was puffing after a 1 minute run ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

I really thought in my head before Iโ€™d even started Iโ€™d have to stop by about 10 mins ๐Ÿ˜‚

Funny how itโ€™s your mind as my legs and breathing were fine.

I remember those first longer runs. I can recall that after about 15 minutes I was thinking that I couldn't do it, but then I realised that I didn't feel any worse than I did at 10 minutes. I kept on going and at 18 minutes still didn't feel any different. After that I told my head to go away.

Thatโ€™s exactly the direction my head was going. I thought at 11mins on the clock, I only need to get to 5 mins and thatโ€™s the 20 minutes run, thatโ€™s only 6 mins away and youโ€™ve run that time before and your not breathless or aching so just get on with it ๐Ÿ˜‚

Great run... careful if that cold is on your chest though. You ran 20 just half way into this plan... you got this. Slow and steady into week 6
