So the day is finally here! Not my final run as I will now still be running 3 times a week if not more for the rest of my days! But the final run of the programme. For some reason I am a total bundle of nerves! I know I can run for thirty minutes because I’ve already done it but the negative nelly on my shoulder is saying what if I can’t do this one? What if that niggling calf strain plays up? But I’ve pictured this day since the very start and will be running to my favourite village pub where my son and partner are enjoying the cricket and putting the Prosecco on ice. This is so monumental for me. It’s done wonders for my mental health and never in a million years did I think this would be me. Thank you to every single one of the people who have commented on any of my posts and spurred me on, this community is wonderful! See you on the other side...hopefully as a couch to 5k GRADUATE!! X

TODAY IS GRADUATION RUN DAY AHHHHH 😱😱😱
Good luck to you on your graduation run today, just take it slowly and don't rush anything, we are all supporting you. 😊 🏃
Just completed mine, hope yours goes well and huge congratulations 🤪🤘🤪🤘
Good luck! Don’t listen to those gremlins. They’re just trying to steal your victory. Go get ‘em, tiger! 🐅
Such a lovely post (I like the idea of running to the pub for some Prosecco: certainly fits your handle here). Congratulations - and thanks for giving me an idea about how to organise my final run - which won't be for a few weeks, but you've definitely given me some inspiration.
Good luck and so very well done it’s exciting to get to the last run and look back we have a way to go yet but loving each run
That Prosecco will be well-earned. Enjoy the journey to the end!
