I graduated 2 weeks ago from c25k and have had 4 runs since. Now this is probably a stupid question but reading in the forum, I see people talking about consolidating runs etc after finishing c25k. What exactly does that mean? And any advice as to what I should do next?
Thanks x

Just keep running for 30 minutes two or three times a week without consciously trying to push pace or distance. After a few weeks (maybe two or three, maybe more maybe less - you will know when) you can try gradually increasing your distance. Your next step could be the bridge to 10k forum. We are very friendly in there. In fact it’s the next logical step after finishing c25k. You also might like to do ju-ju- ‘s 10k plan which is designed to take you to 10k in either more or less than 8 weeks. It’s a lot of fun and brilliant, and she posts a weekly video with advice etc. If you like you could head over to bridge to 10k now and introduce yourself. A lot of people go on there from here x
Running is just one foot in front of the other. But it takes you to a whole new world, if not universe, of choices 😀. Enjoy whatever you choose to do. Best wishes and 🍀
