Bit slower today and it felt more difficult than my last run at the weekend 😐😐 and it’s a bit more chilly, but I’m still getting that satisfying feeling when I’ve finished so I’ve just got to keep going!!! Back home to the housework now!!!

I have just completed this run too. I found it harder this time than Sunday however I ran further so not sure how that works?!
Well done... you must have ran faster to go further, so you did work a little harder.
