Say I run 5km, stop for 15 minutes for a sneaky swim in the river; and then run another 5km, would you class that as a 10km run or two 5km runs?

I’d class that as a biathlon 😛

10k plus?

No... it’s a 5k warmup into a biathlon

If I ran 5km, then swam, then ran another 5km - I’d say I was dreaming!
