So this morning I set out to do my third 30min run since graduating and somehow ended up carrying on to complete 5k. I'm not sure how accurate Strava is but I guess I'll know for sure when I do my first parkrun. It felt good though when the Strava droid said I had done 5k🏃🏃

Well done, Great running today. Im out tomorrow to do my first run as a graduate. Not sure if I'll do 5k but going to add extra minutes onto my run but then walk. I managed 4k on my last run so I'm not far away. My other 2 runs this week will be shorter. A 2 mile flat and a 2 mile up and down hills to build some stamina lol.

I mainly run on the canal towpath so generally flat. I don't really know what got into me it was just one of those days when everything seemed to go well. Good luck with your run tomorrow😊
