Morning run oh how I love them not. Although I did love this one. I ran a slightly different route as I was thinking there’d be less people around then remembered it was just after 7am on a Sunday morning.
Run went well and now I’ve managed to get Strava talking to me again I didn’t feel so lost without Laura. After I hit the 4K mark at just over 28mins I decided I was going to keep running as I haven’t run for 4 days. Anyway very happy to say I reached 5k without giving up but was very happy to stop after. According to Strava my last km was faster than my first km but the 3 in between were slower.
Don’t know if I will continue to push myself to do 5k or just go back to consolidating my 30 min runs. I will see how I feel next run which I plan to do Wednesday.

Hi there... well done.. it must feel great to reach the 5k. I have just graduated and will consolidate doing the 30 mins. I have run 4.2km consistently but in graduation only did 3.9km.
I use Strava.... how do you get it to talk to you? Does it yell you the distance and time you have been running aloud?
