will w9r1 what can i say insted of doing 30 i thought i would try for the 5k just to see and well you will never guess 37 mins later i did the BIG 5K ho yes whos the daddy it was very easy realy it was i could not belive it still just 2 more runs left

Congratulations on the first 5k. Be careful next two runs, don’t go over if it’ll put you over 10% of last weeks duration and keep the injury risk low.
