Dis this one with some company kept the pace slow and it flew by. Having the distraction meant we just chewed up the miles today and jumping from 9 to 16 minutes was no bother really I was shocked how well it went.

Hope to run with them again as it made it more fun, but it will be mostly me vs myself which I do enjoy as well.
