Did it :) I managed to run continuously (although slowly ! ) and finished the 10 miles in 1 hour 56. Feel great and not particularly achey. In fact it was a wonderful run with a brilliant atmosphere! This makes me an athlete of sorts :)

Well done Dg_w on running that 10 miles in 1 hour 56 minutes. Here on C25K we don't tend to use the word athlete, same on TV that word is only used to describe the elite runners on a half or full marathon, all the others who take part are referred to as "fun runners", never athletes, nevertheless I will call you an athlete, not a sort of athlete for for running those 10 miles.

Very well done! 10 is a big number, and it's MILES so needs multiplying by 1.6!! Glad you have another shiny medal, you deserve it 🏅

6 months ago I started C25K as someone who could not run to the end of the road .. If you are determined mentally C25K works. It’s changed my life literally. I now find running relaxing (yes really!) and somewhat addictive. Not bad at 52

Great job. Time isn’t what it’s about, it’s about fun. That said, my 10 mile time is currently over a week 😂
