This was part of my run this morning - such a lovely day. I was surprised at how well I managed the 28 mins - being dropped off a distance away and running back rather then my usual out and back really helped. Quite looking forward to the next one one Sunday/Monday 😁

Massive well done! Looks a stunning route, hope there was a bit more pavement around that corner though, I'd be really worried of cars with my headphones on 😁 Great idea as well btw, might try that in one of the runs later on, best of luck with R2!

Thanks sHAYM4N - nope, no pavement! Very rural road though with grass growing down the middle - usually only see one car max during my runs there. Only have headphones in one ear though, just in case!

Ooh a lovely leafy lane for a run can’t beat it, good for you KD. Nice idea with the running chauffeur too, I think I need to get myself one of those (...I have no chance!). Great to hear you’re looking forward to the next one... that almost sounded like (...dare I say) you enjoyed it?! 💚

It definitley felt much better than W7 R3 :-D. Going to get dropped off a little further away next time, as I'd nearly finished the route with 8 mins still left to run, so did a few little circuits until the end. Definitely like the one-way approach as it feels like you're on the way home for all of the run!
