My breathing has definitely improved but my legs just feel so heavy all the time

Run slow, keep your feet landing under your body and keep the strides short.

I do run slow as can’t go fast but definitely keep in mind for other pointers thank you

I had this problem a couple of weeks back and someone recommended increasing hydration. I’ve been trying that and the problem hasn’t returned, so if that rings a bell with you, maybe give it a try ? Hope things are sorted soon x

That’s most likely my problem I don’t drink enough I will try and increase water intake thanks x
