What a journey and nearly at the finishing line. Just done w9 r1 and feel fab.
Just want to say a big thanks to everyone who contributes on here. Had my doubts at the beginning being a 48 year old bloke who couldn’t run for a bus, recent ex smoker and type 1 diabetic. All your comments have been inspirational and have certainly pushed me this far!
Thanks again folks and good luck on your running journeys.

Good luck for your last 2 runs. I will look out for your graduation post. It’s weird how quickly the last 8 weeks have gone and god looking back at week 1 when 90 seconds seemed like an eternity. I am just starting week 9 too so here’s to that finish line coming soon......
Great to hear your positive vibes.... It's a fab time to graduate and attack those short winter days that are on their way with some extra gusto, that's my take on this anyway, ever since I read an article on how summer Beach Bods are made during the winter! 😎
