Week 9 R 3 complete.....can't quite believe it

Well that's it, I've bloody done it. I can't believe I have got here, was it .........the treadmill my mate lent me to gain some confidence, the cheesey 90's club classics, the banner my 11 year old daughter made me to cheer me on or all the graduation posts I have read this month?? I may not post much but I read others and that is what has made me get on the treadmill instead of using it as a clothes horse. Big thanks to everyone and good luck to all on their C25K adventure. Its 2pm...itoo early for a vodka!?!

Thank you, I'm delighted. Congratulations to you too. I'm still sitting here smiling to myself, not sure I will be able to get up and out of the bean bag (god only knows why I chose this particular seat to collapse into). Next goal is to reach 5k...only hitting 4k at the moment....and to find some more cheesy music to help me along.
