Well, it's taken just over a week due to lack of time, but the restart seems to be going ok at the moment. Running for 60 seconds doesn't seem to affect my knee (though walking fast for prolonged periods seems to - something to chat to my physio about at my next appointment).
So on to week 2 and an increase of the amount of running time. Fingers crossed for next week!
