Just try not dreading it.... You're doing this because you want to, you're following a well proven programme & you're more than capable if you've completed the previous runs!

I felt that I wasn't ready for W5 but once I'd completed that week I've not feared anything that's followed!

You really do have this..... Just believe!

You'll be fine Peaks, trust the programme 😊 Look how far you've come since week 1. Each week prepares you for the next. I'm just a week ahead of you so if I've done it you certainly can!!

You’re ready for run two... your legs have been built up by this very well designed programme, your lungs are ready... all that remains is the mind... you can do it... trust the programme, believe in yourself, and go nice and slow. Go get it.

Top tip: don't peak at W5r3.

I've just done the w5r2 one and honestly found it a bit easier going than the one before, which kicked my ass a bit. Don't worry, as everyone's always saying, just take it slow and easy 😁

Like Leadfoot, I've just done W5R2 yesterday which I also found easier than I thought it would be, the program is working, you're ready, just stick to a steady pace and you'll be great, all the best of luck :-)

I think just trust that you CAN do it.

I was worried about week 5 but now I’m on week 6 and much more confident. I would say if I can do it you can do because I am not and have never been a runner until now πŸ˜ŠπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜Š
