Back at it and up to wk6 r2

I had a few weeks off with illness and being busy and away from home so I was worried about starting up again. I also came to a bit of a standstill on reaching week 7 as it's pretty scary!

I took a few steps back and started on week 5 again, this time round things have been easier, so I think that shows things have been changing internally... maybe I can do this after all... week 6 run 3 tomorrow... fingers crossed!

Your earlier runs will have banked fitness and the many mental lessons you learned, re-doing Wk 6 should give you fresh impetus and you'll cruise through to the finish ;)
