W6R3 smashed it!

Visiting my sister in Bucks this weekend and really wasn't feeling this run. We'd had a late night and it was pouring with rain. Anyway I thought he I didn't go I would feel so annoyed with myself so off I went. The first 5 mins seemed to last forever. I was waiting for MJ to tell me I'd done 10 mins for what seemed like forever, when he told me I'd done 12.5 I knew I could do it. The rain got heavier and the puddles bigger but I kept going and when he said 60 seconds left I upped my pace and actually ran. This has definitely been easier than I expected. If I can do it, anyone can! Bring on Wk7

Well done you! Against the rain! Despite the night before and "not feeling like it". Woohoo! Bring on week 7, we can do it!
